Return and Refund Policy

What you need to know about returning goods:

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order.
Your money will be refunded within 7 days.
No return fees.
You can exchange goods.
You must pay for return shipping.

Returning an Item:

You can return the goods without giving a reason within 30 days of the delivery date. Unfortunately, we cannot accept goods after this period. To start the process, contact us at hello@elemslondon.com.

After reviewing your request, we will provide detailed return instructions on how to proceed.

Product Conditions

The items you wish to return must be in their original condition, unworn, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.

Package Carefully And Ship

Make sure the item is securely packed to avoid damage during shipping. Send it to us on your own expenses.

Would you like to exchange the goods for something else?

If you would like to exchange your order for another product, please contact us at hello@elemslondon.com and we will guide you through the exchange process.

Refund process to your account.

As soon as we receive your order, we will check it and refund the money to the account you originally used to pay for the order. Due to slow banking processes, this may take up to 7 days.

What if I no longer want the order, can I cancel it?

Of course, you can cancel your order. In this case, please let us know as soon as possible at hello@elemslondon.com and we will cancel it if it has not yet been shipped. Otherwise, you will have to return the order and then receive a refund.

But I received a defective and damaged product, what now?

In rare cases, this can happen, and we apologize for that. Take a photo of the problem and let us know immediately at hello@elemslondon.com. We will resolve the situation immediately; we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
